Not possible. You have to remove the whole light assembly.
You have to remove the whole headlamp assembly. Remove the 1 bolt 6mm? and pull outwards.
Remove bolt on top of headlamp assembly. Gently pry and pull assembly straight out. Bulb can now be acessed.
You either remove the front bumper assembly or you remove the passenger side head light and cut a access hole.

To replace the brake light bulb you need to remove the whole light assembly. Once removed the change is simple.

The head light is a sealed unit. The outer sense is not removable.
On my 2000 grand cherokee, It was in front of the battery on the fender wall. Remove battery and you should find it. It is under the bumper cover, under the passenger head light. You either have to remove the front bumper, or you remove the headlight and cut an access hole.
Unscrew the screw holding the lens on. Remove the lens and reflector assembly. Twist the rubber bulb holder to remove it from the lens/reflector. Pull the bulb straight out. Replace the bulb. Installation is opposite of above.
