It's not all that difficult. Theres a few steps but this whole job can be done in about an hour. Your window must be closed and get some Duct Tape and tape the window in several places so it can't slide down and possibly damage something, like your hand and fingers.
First you must remove the door panel with several steps.
Remove the door handle but popping out the round button which conceals a 5/16" screw. Loosen the screw and slide out the handle.
Next, bear in mind that the door panel removes from the top so pop off the trim pieces on the sides of the window (you can do this with your hands-without tools).
Next pull the door panel up and it will unhook itself from it's attachments. As you pull the panel away from the door you'll need to unscrew the curtesy light bulb and also remove the door lock button and window button. Put this panel aside.
Next remove the 4 speaker screws unplug the speaker and put it aside and either pull back the insulation paper away from the speaker void or remove it completely if you prefer.
When the insulation paper is out of the way you will see two dimples stamped on the door. Drill out these dimples with a 3/4" hole saw (the metal is thin and easy to drill). This will expose two of the 3 screws that hold the motor in place.
Unplug the motor and remove the three screws that hold the motor in place and pull the motor away from it's gear and out through the speaker void.
Finally, install the new motor (make sure it engages in the gear) and tighten the 3 screws.
Reverse this procedure to put everything back together and the window should work perfectly!
