REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in) .

Blower Motor and Fan Replacement (RPO C60 and C68)
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: Cut through the cover as straight as possible because the access cover must be replaced.
Part of this repair is visible to the customer. In order to prevent damage to the component, do not cut any deeper than necessary in order to remove the access cover.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in) .
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in) .
IMPORTANT: Do not use RTV. Apply the adhesive bead as straight as possible. Allow the adhesive to set for 15 minutes or until the adhesive becomes tacky.

under the glove box there is a panel that holds the blower motor...remove the screws...4 i believe....remove the black plastic cover....there are three screws that holds the blower motor in...remove these and then remove the blower motor...unplug the power source and feed wires out of the hole.....reverse to replace the motor
Remove the covering under the glove box. Disconnect the power to the blower. The blower motor is fastened to the ductwork with 3 screws.
remove right side under dash panel remove blower cover unplug motor remove motor and blower regulator swap regulator on to new motor note all u need is a philpps head and a 15 and 25 torques
* Disconnect the negative battery cable * Remove the glove compartment and lower dash trim to gain access to the heater case and blower motor * Detach the blower motor cover and disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor * Remove the blower motor mounting screws and pull the blower motor carefully out of the housing * If you are replacing the motor detach the fan and transfer it to the new motor
Disconnect the battery and let the vehicle sit for 20 minutes... Remove the right side panel insulator (passengers side)... Remove the (BCM) body control module and set aside carefully.. Disconnect the power plug to the blower motor.. Remove the screws holding the blower motor.. Remove the blower motor......
Behind the glove box on the passenger side. It's only 4 screws to remove the glove box and then 3 to remove the blower motor
Under passanger dash panal.There is plastic fasiner holding a kick panal up the blower motor is above it.
You will find the blower motor under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side, close to fender. To remove the blower motor, unplug the electrical connection at the blower motor, disconnect rubber cooling tube, remove the 5 small screws holding it in place, then wiggle the blower motor out and reverse procedure to install.U alsohave to remove the black box on top of the washer bottle.
