Pull the door lever out about half way and remove the bolt holding the lever to the mechanism
Underneath the arm rest, in the indent for the handle, there should be a Phillips head screw. Pull that out.
I started at the bottom... Take a Phillips head screw driver and put it between the panel and the actual door.
SLOWLY and GENTLY pry the panel off. You will hear the clips popping off. When that happens, move the screw driver over a few inches and try again.
Work your way around the door.
