Then you need to open registry and delete registry entries related to System Security and .exe, .bat files, .dll and .lnk files. depending on the year you can disconnect the positive battery cable for a few minutes and then reconnect it. it may reset the security system.
There is no individual alarm fuse. The alarm is built in with the body computer.
Under the dash on the drivers side closer to the middle you'll find a smallish black box with the words Security Module stenciled on it. The box is about 2X3X3 inches or so, maybe a bit bigger and it plugs into a small wiring harness. Unplug that and you disconnect the security system. You'll have to lay on your back with a flashlight to find it but it's there. No other systems are affected by removing that.
