It goes under the rear of the van on a carrier, which is lowered by inserting the end of the wheel-brace into a the lowering mechanism (open the right rear door, look at the step, remove the bolt which blocks the hole and insert the wheel-brace and lower)
Get tool from under drivers seat, Open rear doors, rear top section of the bumper theres a hole put tool in hole and lower rear wheel then go underneath rear of the van and simply unclick the holdall tool once spare wheel has lowered to ground level!

1. Open the rear doors and remove the rubber plug from the floor (it's in the center and about 2" back from the lock catch plate. 2. From the tool kit (located in the panel above the rear nearside wheel arch) use the wheel brace to lower the spare wheel and release a fair amount of slack on the cable as you will need to move it. 3. Lift the plastic cover/sleeve from the end of the cable revealing the nipple, rotate the cable through 90 degrees and slide the nipple and wire out of the wheel securing plate . 4. Remove the wheel securing plate and tether by undoing the thumbscrew.
