Now if that's not low enough for you, here's the hard part, I'll try to tell this shorly. Jack up the back of your car off the ground and put jack stands on the body/fram, ( somewere that's safe and strong ). Take off you back tires ond find a way to take out your rear coil springs. ( this job will take a while ) After you got out both coil springs, take them and cut off some of the sping, BOTH have to be the same. Cut off about 1/4 or 1/3 of the spring. If all looks good, put it all back togather and there you go. But I prefer to unhook the air ride system. Good luck, hope you'll be ridin' low.

Cadillac did not produce a DEVILLE convertible in 1983. ELDORAO yes. If it is a 1983 DEVILLE convertible, its custom made. To start remove the lower rear seat cushion and inside trim. Sorry I cant help further not knowing its customizing technique.
