The electronic ignition control module on an automobile is installed by first locating the unit at the top of the engine. The wiring harness is then disconnected from the original unit an a new module put in its place.
You could probably install a method of controlling the throttle your car. I would take it to the dealership and see what they would do.

If you are talking about the IAC idel air control valve,It is as simple as disconnecting the electrical connector from the IAC valve.removing two mounting screws and remove the valve from the throttle body.Installation is reverse.Be sure to install a new O-ring. Good luck!

Disconnect battery negative. You have to take off your throttle and cruise control cables from the top of your throttle body. Then unplug your idle motor and TP sensor. Then take and remove and mark all your vacuum hoses from the throttle body. Remove the 4 bolts holding the throttle body to the plenium. Unbolt the TPS and install in reverse. Get a new throttle body gasket in case you old one rips but I would use a new one anyway.

Disconnect the battery. On the side of the throttle body, disconnect the wiring from the position sensor. Remove the bolts from the sensor, and lift the sensor off, reverse the procedure to install the new one.

Relieve fuel pressure in system.Disconnect negative battery cable from battery. Remove air cleaner assembly. Disconnect electrical connectors. Disconnect throttle, cruise control and trans control cables. Detach any vacuum lines. Disconnect fuel lines. Remove throttle body mounting bolts. Remove old gasket and clean mounting surface area. Reverse process to install new gasket.
