it is at the engine end of the upper rad hose. REmove the housing and when you replace it make sure the spring goes toward the engine.
With A LOT OF PATIENCE!!!! it not an easy job and not for people with huge hands. If i remember right there are only two bolts holding on the housing, and i think the are 11mm. Once you get the two bolts off HANG ON TO THEM!! The housing is kind of difficult to pull out, take your time.

the bolts re 13 mm take loose water/heater small hose/es tie to tube side remove throttle body then take big pliers crush the shurerd cover over exhaust by housing you can see the bolts use a 13mm to loosening the bolt from under the housing than use a stubby 13mm wrencth got info from gm tech wasn't that tuff put bottom bolt in just start it
