yes they do have antilock brakes
It should be disc on the front and drums on the rear.
Yep!
Antilock brakes do not increase the braking force.
breaking stability
Keeping the brakes from locking up will allow you to steer out of a situation.
Your car probably has antilock brakes w/ traction control. It would be very wise to let professionals repair your brakes. This is a very complex system, and you are going to end up getting yourself in trouble. If you still want to strike out on your own, buy a repair manual for your car, or go and read about it at the Public Library.
Hey Brad No, They should be ok. GoodluckJOe
no only the EX had antilock brakes in 2004
true
Your brakes need bleeding. And if you have antilock brakes, you should take it to a shop to bleed them. It takes special tools to bleed antilock brakes. If you have regular brakes you can bleed them yourself. Could go into further detail but would take too long to explain. Refer to a repair manual. Note: bleeding antilock brakes without first disconnecting the sensor will damage the sensor and the antilock function will no longer work (learned the hard way, unfortunately).
