im not sure on the 95 model about the front, but the rear signal lights should be the same bulb as your brake lights ( it just has two fillaments). you need to open your tail gate and just on the side (where the tail gate normally covers) there should be two screws, remove these screws and change the lamps. and it goes back together the same way it came apart ( just reverse the proccess

There is nothing wrong with the reverse lights. It is probably your turn signal switch. They are bad in the 1995 lumina. If you do it yourself it should cost about 100 bucks. Good Luck!!
Remove the two bolts that hold the whole trim assembly together. Remove the outer trim and turn signal and then the marker lights to change them.
