It is not so much the gauge as the stepper motor that controls the needle. They can be found on Ebay for less than $15 each. Dealer charges $600+ for a new cluster so invest an hour of your time, some soldering skill and $15 to fix it yourself.
The motor has to be de-soldered and then solder the new one back into the cluster.
