Go under the engine and remove the Oil drain plug from the oil pan and let it all run out into a drain pan. Then remove the oil filter and replace it with a new one. Close up the drain plug when all the oil had been drained out. Fill the engine with new oil ( the fill opening is on the top of the engine on the valve cover.) If I remember right it takes about 4 to 5 quarts to fill it up again to the fill mark on the dip stick.
If you are not familiar with doing this I suggest you take it to an oil change station and have them do it.
