One of two ways, either drop the fuel tank, or remover the truck bed. There are 8 bolts that holds the bed on. 4 on each side, will take 2 people. There are 3 wiring plugs on the back drivers side and tag light bulbs to be disconnected. Take the tail gate off, 2 people can pick the bed up and slide it off. The fuel pump right there on top of the fuel tank. New fuel pump will cost between $350.00 and $400.00 at parts store.
