Unscrew the screws surrounding the light bar, take the old bulbs to the parts store get the correct ones, even a little different is a bad idea, these are high intensity bulbs and will cost $5-$8. Don't be tempted to use a #194 bulb which also fits the socket. Push bulb in place taking care not to touch the glass, screw back into place.

I have found that by removing the headlight assembly in the front, you can change the bulbs on the front. If you open the trunk, and remove the gray insulated cover, that covers the tail lights, you can change each bulb individualy.
pull the front facia off the heater dials then you find a white box which is to operate the heater dials remove the front from there which is clipped on then there are your bulbs
Go to dealer...and they will change them to early.

You need to remove the front grill to get at the front turn signals (and bulbs). A lot of work for what should be much easier.
The headlamp bulbs on a 1996 Acura TL are installed from the engine bay. Find the housing located in the front of the vehicle. Disconnect the bulbs and replace them with new units.
