on a 1991 3.1L v6 take, take off all the vacume lines on the upper intake, un do all the bolts on the top, un do the 2 bolts on the throttle body and the one on the right side of the throttle body that holds all the cables together. after that's all done lift the upper intake off and set aside where it wont get dort or junk in it. then un do the fuel filter under the driver's, back by the Axel to release fuel pressure. then go back under the hood and in do the two bolts holding the fuel rail down, un do the two fuel lines connected to the fuel rail. once all of that is done there are harnesses in the injectors find the metal clips and push them in and lift up (they look like paper clips). after they are all done lift the fuel rail up hard with a side to side and back to front motion. if that doesn't work make sure the fuel lines are out of the way and get something like the end of a breaker bar and pry it out in increments from one side to the other. once the fuel rail is out dump the excess gas out in a bucket or something. then move the clips that are attached to the injector clock wise or counter clockwise look down by the side of the injector that is in the fuel rail line up the clip and pull it out. its the total opposite to put things back together but when you but the new injectors in use a little Vaseline around each O-ring to prevent the ring from cracking or breaking over time or ripping when you put the new injector in..... hope this helps anyone who reads this.... i had to learn on my own.
