Nothing too vehicle specific here. A tempo is going to be more or less like any other car or truck in this matter. You'll need penetrating oil, a tubing bender, tape measure and a tubing cutter to remove rusted brake lines. You'll want a good set of flare nut wrenches to get the old lines off and new ones on. A torch to heat up the bleeder valves is not a bad idea, but be careful if you do this that you don't touch a fuel line or gas tank with the flame. I would go ahead and plan on replacing the caliper and wheel cylinders if you can't loosen those up.
Remove the bad brake lines and take them to get new ones. Use the old ones as a guide to bend and shape the new ones, taking cars to strap them in like the old ones. Make sure the fittings aren't cross threaded when you install. Once that's out of the way, you need to add new brake fluid and bleed the system. This means loosening the bleeder valves and getting all of the air out of the system, starting with right rear, left rear, right front, left front. There are many ways to do this, but a clear tube connected to the bleeder with the other end in clean brake fluid is what I use and have someone else pump the brakes while I loosen and tighten the fittings and watch for bubbles in the lines. A service manual is a good idea and a one man bleeder might help. Be sure the braking system is working before driving the car in traffic, this is only a guide. You'll have to adapt to the car. Good luck.
