Look at the tail light cover. There are four screws holding it in place, one at each corner. You'll most likely need a t15 screwdriver to take them out.
Then, you take the cover off, and find the burnt-out bulb, and take it to somewhere they sell them, and get an identical one.
Sometimes, a bit of corrosion can get in, and then the bulb won't make contact. Usually if you scrape it off, your bulb will work again.
