Most likely a failed blower resistor.
the blower resistor is located on the evaporator housing it is secured by two screws and has a 4 wire harness plug on it easily accessible you will see it as soon as you open the hood

Easy to find. Just look under the glove box. It has an electrical connector and is held in with two phillips screws. Often is just needs a terminal cleaned not replacement.

If the 2002 is like the 2004... Check the bottom passenger side. Unclick and remove the (1/2"x1/2") connector to it. Remove the two screws. The resistor should fall out. Hand tighten the screws back in place so you don't lose them.
