The only way to change the back breaks on a 2001 Ford blazer is to call the manufacturer that built the SUV. Those breaks are tricky and hard to get off let alone put back together. You have to leave the tire on while changing the break disks. Good luck!

Behind a side panel in the back of the blazer's cargo area on the passenger side, u twist the black knob and pull back the panel
On the back side on the housing are two black tabs running verically. pull them up with pliers and then slide the whole housing out, change your bulb and do the reverse to reinstall..
If you have a 4.3, the 5 plug is the back on the left(Drivers side).

Place the key in the "Run" position, but don't start it. Walk away. Come back in about 20 minutes. Turn off the key. Start the Blazer. You're done.
It is on the driver's side head by the back spark plug.
Number six cylinder/spark plug would be on the passenger side, last one to the back.

Need to check the back to corners on the intake, they our none for leaking. There is 2 freeze plugs in the back of engine between the bell houseing and block.
