If you mean the hole behind the camshaft between the valve cover & the head, then you remove the valve cover, install a new plug & valve cover gasket, and reinstall the valve cover. The part number for the plug is 1336763.

It takes about .9 of an hour to change regardless of which engine you have.(book time) it is located on the distributor, you have to remove the distributor to check it and/or replace it.
Because that is where the oil is coming from, it's nothing to do with the distributor. There are o rings between the valve cover and engine in each spark plug hole. It is good practice to replace all the gaskets at once, they come in a kit.
Probably a valve timing problem. Check your timing gears and chain/belt.
