The fuse for the fuel pump on a Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD is located in the engine compartment in the main fuse box. It prevents the pump from being overloaded and damaged due to a surge.

Your looking at around 30-31 on average, but like 26-27 sat in traffic crawling, i got 35 on a good run quite easily!
Possible bad o2 sensor, bad injector(s), more likely bad fp regularor. Check rail pressure at valve to begin.

The CRD is the Diesel version of the Liberty which all have timing belts with a 100K mile change interval. The only ones with a chain are the 3.7l v6.
