you can open it (as most of the cars open there doors)from back to front
no considering the front is more boxy and wider in the front. the 1990 bumper is rounded to fit the 88-98 pickups , the suburban kept the box style until 1991. your best bet would be to find a 1973-1987 silverado,custom deluxe,cheyenne, or bonanza bumper or a suburban bumper from a 1973-1991 suburban
As the 1993 did not have the motorized shoulder belt system but instead had air bags the front doors on the 1990 are not interchangeable with the doors on the 1992-93. The passenger rear doors should be interchangeable.

It is not adjustable, and is sealed from the factory and is not to be fulled with. You have another problem that is making you think idle needs adjusted.
Not to my knowledge there is not. I have a 90' suburban with the barn doors. The hinge mounts are a part of the actual body. I do not believe the mounts are manufactured into the body of a suburban with a tailgate.

The door hinges must be welded on. Also the bottom of the door frame must be changed to support the lock (this may also require welding?). Look at a Suburban with barn doors and you will see what I mean.
