I hope you have some sockets and some spare time! You have to pop the truck and actually remove the entire back light panel from the inside (about 9 bolts). Now you can change that teeny little bulb and spend 15 more minutes putting the bolts back on. Viola! Simple, right?

Just unscrew each socket counterclockwise, pull out the bulb and push in the new one. Then put the light panel back on the trunk and screw all the wing nuts back on.
