on the control cluster in front the steering wheel it's the buttons on the left side.
the switches are set up like this from left to right...
far left side.slide switch for interior lights and brightness
center left.parking lights
inner leftheadlights
inner rightwasher fluid dispense.
far rightwiper speed power and control slide switch
counter clockwise
the starter, altenator, battery, or ignition relays could be bad. have them checked.
You will need to have both computers checked for trouble codes, and then repair the causes of the codes to get the lights to go off.
Chrysler did not make a 300 in 1995. Turn signal bulbs are on each corner of the vehicle.

Turn the radio on and press sel twice for hours and once for mins
the multifunction switch... ( turn signal) twist it to turn on the lights and once the lights are on pull it towards the door to turn the fog lights on
Just pull the switch out as you turn it.
Counter clock wise to loosen.
I've had that problem with my lebaron, I usually just start the car let it run for 2 seconds then turn the key (turn the engine off) and then I usually can get it out.
To turn on the fog lights you pull the end of the turn signal lever it will pop out about 1/8th inch.
On, off, on, off, on and it should flash codes.
