They will fit on the 1995 if it is 4wd, the rim will not clear the front hub on a 2wd.
I have a 97 T100 4wd. If it is a 2wd the front hub should be just like any other hub-remove the axle nut. The rear shaft and hub has a retainer on the axle on both 2wd and 4wd. On the front of the 4wd there is a cap screw in the end of the drive shaft and the hub is splined on the shaft-unscrew the bold and the hub should come off.
It depends on 2 or 4 wheel drive -- totally different procedure for each. answer had to have bearings replaced on my 2000 (4wd dually) once and on my 2003 (4wd 2500HD) more recently. for both vehicles it required changing the entire front hub. bearings are sealed and come with the hub as a unit. be sure to chesck out what the torques are this is important as they are quit high !
They will fit on a 4wd, but will not clear the hub on a 2wd.
If you have 4wd the bearing is pressed onto to hub and can't be change. The unit is sold as a whole as a bearing hub. The cheapest I have found it was $171 at autozone. same is true for the 1500 2wd, only AutoZone doesn't have it listed! I had to get mine from the dealer. However, the dealer gave me a 8-lug hub instead of a 5-lug, but it had the same bearing.
There are two tools needed to remove a front hub from a 2003 Frontier. These include a screwdriver and a cone wrench.Ê
That is the anti locking brake sensor / wheel speed sensor
You can get a factory manual from Binder Books.
pull the tire,then caliper,then 4wd hub,the bearings are behind the 4wd hub.
There is a complete walk through with pictures on how to change the front bearings on a 2003 Ford Explorer on my site: http://conceptxchange.wordpress.com/2011/06/23/changing-the-front-hub-assembly-on-a-2003-ford-explorer/

The rear wheel bearings in a 2003 Buick Rendezvous are integrated with the hub, therefore they are only available/replaceable as an entire hub assembly. The rear hub assembly costs around $200/each, depending on the specifics of the vehicle (2WD or 4WD).
