If your USB charger port is broken on your Samsung Galaxy S phone, you will have to disassemble your whole phone, and solder a new connector on to the phone's motherboard.
Usually, if the charger is damaged, there is no way to fix it. You will have to get a new one.
If your charger does not fit into the port, check if there is anything obstructing the port like lint or debris. You can try using a can of compressed air to clean out the port. If the charger still doesn't fit, it may be a compatibility issue, and you may need to get a different charger that fits.
use an extender charger
Is it because the little thing inside is flat on the bottom? Just take the corner of a ruler and push it up from the bottom. It's what I did.
First let me tell you that ''charger port'' is where you plug your charger into the phone. That's a really easy process, The chips on the charger port sometime go out of their place, so If your charger plug does not touch these chips, it will not charge you phone. Use a needle and try to get these chips closer to each one, that way when you plug your charger into the phone, it will touch these chips and will charge you phone. you can do this fix through the charger port from outside of your phone. Also, your charger port could be bad and that will require a charger port replacement. To replace charger port on a cell phone you will need soldering kit, microscope, cell phone opening kit, cell phone assembly stick. If you are wondering! you do you need a microscope for this process? Because the chips are so small that you just can't solder them onto the mother board without microscope.Hope this helpsGood luck! That sounds good if you actually have the tools or energy- Seriously..Just go to http://www.accessorygeeks.com/universal-travel-charger.html They have a travel charger that you can put your cell phones battery into. That way you dont even need to fix the stupid port. It is 7 bucks and no shipping cost. They even have one for the car... That way you dont even need to replace the phone either!!
There's no real fix to the Nexus 7 charger, but you can use a standard micro USB charger, or a wireless charger (Qi standard) to recharge the device.
If it is a USB charger it can plug into a computer. iPhone charger have many kinds of port. If it use USB port, you can connect it to PC. the cord can be used for charge or data transfer.
The charger may be faulty, the charger port pins broke
by a new one there only 10-15 pounds a charger.
