Yes, this will bolt up to a 350
4l60e
No, the 4L60E is a electronic computer controled Transmission and the 350 turbo is not.
Yes,
Yes it will.
Type your answer here... The bellhousing will bolt up to the rear of the engine, But that's it. Nother words it won't work. If you truck is a 3/4 ton Then it MUST have the 4L80E transmission put back it it. The 1/2 tons used the 4L60E in them. NO OTHER TRANSMISSIONS WILL WORK.
It will bolt up but it will not work because it is an electronic controlled transmission. That's what the E stands for. The 81 model does not have the computer system are even the wireing harness plus MANY more things that the 4L60E MUST HAVE to work correctly. You need a good 350 or 400 turbo transmission to put in that truck.
No turbo 350's in 1992.
depends on what gen 350 you're talking about. the 96 blazer should've had a 4l60e transmission which will bolt up to an lsx engine, but not an old school sbc
A 350 Chevy motor will fit in a 1984 camero, a 350 turbo automatic transmission. Will have to trade motor mounts and transmission mounts.a 700r4 transmission will also bolt up in place of the origonal transmission. a 2.8 v6 trans wont bolt up to a v8.
YES IT WILL
It might fit, but it won't be compatible. The 99 Suburban had an electronically controlled 4L60E, whereas the 1982 350 engine is mechanical, and does not have the ECM necessary to operate that 4L60E transmission.
