Remove and dry inside rotor cap with hair dryer, look for crack on cap and most likely it does not have seal.
Try applying small amount of silicone to stop moisture in future.
Since there is very little detail given about the problem I can only give a generic answer. If your speedometer has also been "erratic" during high humidity and rainy days, the problem is most likely a cracked case on the ECM. If you silicone the case before the damage to electronics is done, you may salvage the module. Once the module deteriorates, starting becomes harder and harder during wet weather and eventually will not start at all. This problem has been seen on many vehicles andthe most likely reason for your symptom.

Remove the inside door panel of your 1997 Chevy Lumina. Remove the linkage to the window crank. Remove the window crank retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new window crank.
