If I remember there are some fuses in the side of the dash on the passenger side, open the door and remove the panel to show fuses and one of them is the cigarette lighter.

Fuse 47 a 15amp fuse is for the cigarette lighter..it's located behind the glove box which you can drop down for easy access. The "glove box" is the little box that opens on the left side, under the instrument gauges near the left door.......Not the big glove box on the right hand side.
