Show me where that air valve control valve is located on a 2000 navigator
see link for pic of a Chrysler egr valve.
show me a picture of the spark plug wires on a durango from the spark plugs to the cap
on the 94 there is a bleed valve on the top of the intake manifold right next to the air idle control valve. it is just a bolt sticking up. check out the haynes repair manual. they show a nice pic of it.
It may be the pcv (positive cranckcase valve) or the idle air control valve, iav.
IT IS LOCATED ON DRIVERSIDE REAR OF VALVE COVER ON THE CORNER
you are important to the government you are important to the government
The rough idle could be caused by a clogged egr valve or a stuck choke, among other things. Start by cleaning the egr valve then check the choke. Check the computer for possible codes to show other problems.
I have a service manual picture doesnt really explain anything pcv is not really visible. The 2.2 1998 and up had a non-serviceable PCV system built into the valve cover.
I don't believe you can change the idle if it is fuel injected, the idle is controlled by the computer, one of the most common problems with low idle is a faulty (IAC) sensor, Idle Air Control. I don't know if you can check these or not but they are available at your local parts store, they usually have a diagram on their computers to show the location of these sensors. Hope this helps.
Answer:You want to see a picture of my petcock? I will show you mine if you show me yours. But my petcock is still a bit wild and not fully trained.........A petcock is a drain valve at the bottom of a radiator.
If you need a picture of a EGR valve, go to www.advanceauto.com and go through the engine replacement parts, I believe it would be under emissions, can't remember, but you can get a picture from there.
