I have not ever seen one for a Taurus/Sable with electronic climate controls.
There are some who have engineered a way to incorporate a stereo into the space under the ashtray. I don't have the link handy, but search around the TaurusCarClub.com site.
To replace the 1996 V6 Mercury Sable climate control and take out the old control, you will need to remove the covering below the steering wheel and dashboard. Then, access the climate control in the instrument panel and remove the old control.
If you have the automatic climate control system, I do not think there are actual "bulbs" in the display as it is all electronic. In my 1988 LeSabre I had to replace the entire control unit which I picked up at a salvage yard. Just a thought.

You will need to replace the blower motor control unit located inside the blower motor housing, this part is not the same as the part on standard explorers, it is not the same blower motor resistor.
all you can do is replace the climate control unit, they have them on eBay for fairly cheap

All I have heard is to replace it.
You will need to remove the dashboard panel in order to replace the electronic throttle control light. With the dashboard panel removed the light can be access to be replaced.

The entire instrument cluster must be remove to replace lamps. If equiped with Electronic cluster, it might be better to take it to the dealer.
