In theory, you can put any motor in any car. You will be in for some work though, new motor mounts, new harness and ecu, hood clearence and centering issues, just to name a few. It can be done, but be prepared for a lot of work. Remeber, its a Dodge motor in a Mitsubishi body so be prepared for a lot of fitting nightmares.
True but Un-true, the car came from the factory as a mitsubishi body with a dodge motor...their basically the same motor . just configured in the opposite direction of each other. save the money, re-build your 420a w/ a 2.4 crank and low comp pistons and you have essentially a srt4 motor

There is no difference. Both the Neon and Eagle Talon ESI share the same 420A motor.
