How much horse power does a 1995 f150 with a 351 5.8 V8 have?
yes it is different than a 351 windsor but there are two different ones that it could be: 15426378 or 15263748
It could be a Windsor or ( I BELIEVE - a modified ) The Winsor 351 has the thermostat mounted vertically in the end of the intake manifold , and the 351 Modified ( like the Cleveland ) has the thermostat mounted horizontally going into the engine by the distributor

fits my 94 ford f150 with the 351 ci engine and auxiliary oil cooler.
the rps stay up between 1300 and 3000 on my 1992 ford f150 4x4 5.8l engine. why
One of the factory engine choices was the 351 ( 5.8 liter ) in the 1995 Ford F-150
Yes it needs to have a 351. The new tranny has to be able to bolt up to it and the vast majority are not multi engine trannies. But there are a few that are so as long as it is a ford then its worth checking out and seeing if it will match the bolt pattern. But to save alot of headache i would look for one with already attached to a 351.
you could have the : 4.9 L - 300 cubic inch - straight 6 cylinder engine 5.0 L - 302 cubic inch - V8 engine or 5.8 L - 351 cubic inch - V8 engine These are the 3 factory engine offerings on a 1995 F150
