The serpentine should route the same as with the AC except fro the AC compressor. The belt will go straight past the compressor, so you will need a shorter belt to make the bypass work.
if you can reroute the belt to bypass the ac compressor all you need to work out is how much shorter the belt is that you would require
I have a95 sl1 saturn with a bad ac compress that rattles and want torerout the serpentine belt off the compress. What is the typical cost and is it worth it?
The AC compressor was locked on my Sonata 2004 - V6-2.7. The original serpentine belt broke. I bypassed it with a Duralast 6PK1700 (OLD NO. 670K6). The autotensioner has to be removed to install the belt.
78 inch 6 rib belt.
Dependin on the vehicle you may be able to get the serpentine belt for the same vehicle that does not have the option of having AC
It takes an 82 inch five grove belt.
