Pledge. I have had the same wood floors for almost 6 years. I have used pledge all those years and they still look new. If you truly want the best, I recommend F.A. Seeds' Wood Dressing. It's made by a small company based out of Atlanta, Georgia. It also happens to be the oldest patented wood polish in the United States, established in the late 1800s.
It does not stain `cabinets if they are made entirely of wood. It will stain formica or similar type surfaces on cabinets. Also do not polish any metal with the Pledge.
