Technically yes. Practicality, on the other hand, is non-existent....Unless you have the time, money, and the wisdom. Even still, why put a 4cyl. motor where an 8cyl. could fit.
Yes
The PT cruiser model 2004 requires 4.5 quarts of engine oil to fill the turbo and filter as well as the engine
NO
Yes.
Not going to work.
It is on the radiator side of the engine, behind the engine mount.
It is on the radiator side of the engine. It is mounted under the engine mount.

No, conventional is acceptable.
The Turbo engine develops 220 H.P. and 245 lb/ft of torque.
No a dodge neon srt-4 has a larger engine (2.4L DOHC instead of the 2.0L SOHC) and has a small turbo charger and intercooler. for those looking to do an engine swap, the engine out of a turbo charged pt cruiser is virtually the same. Only the air intake manafolds are different. Engine mounts are the same for both the 2.0l and the 2.4l. So if your looking for at least a moderate power upgrade with options for more keep that in mind.
It is a turbo charger. A turbo charger uses exhaust gases to turn an impeller that is attached to a shaft and another impeller that forces more air into the intake system of the engine. This increases power and engine efficiency.
