Anything in life is possible if you have the know how / tools / money. I would measure 3rd row seat mounting brackets and then measure 2nd row seating area and see if it would fit. If it does fit you maybe able to install them with some modifications. If you can or know someone that is a welder have them weld a piece of metal flat stock on the factory seat and drill holes to match the factory hole on welded metal flat stock on the 2nd row seat mounting area. On the 1997-2000 Ford Expedition models the 3rd row seat are remove by. Folding seat in half then pull handle in the rear of the center of the seat bottom portion of the seat up. Pull handle and push top of seat forward. Be very careful the 3rd row seat is very heavy. Best bet is to get someone to help to fit it out.
