I have a 2002 alero how do you reset, the coolant light is always on. Thanks, Alero owner
because there is a problem with your anti-lock brakes
either u need to replace brakes or the light has a short in it
how to get the check oil light to go off on a 2001 olds alero
hubs
In my 1999 Alero, it did this and it was traced back to the power steering pump going bad.
It probably won't start
Sure you can DRIVE it, but I wouldn't count on being able to STOP it! Have it towed to a mechanic. ---- When I read the part about the warning light, I thought, sure why not - I did that with my 2001 for awhile. Then you mentioned the fact the brakes are squealing - THAT is a different matter. I would head straight away to a brake repair shop...
Are parts interchangable from a 1999 alero to a 2001 alero
always on nomatter what i do
They are equipped with a "telltale" warning that shrieks when the brakes are applied, with the brake pads are too low and need replacing.
On a 2001 Ford Windstar : That warning light means that one of your exterior bulbs has burned out ( the warning light between the door ajar warning light and the low engine coolant warning light , located in the lower right area of your gauge cluster )
