When u tilt steering wheel a wireing plug inside steering column pulls apart.take off upper and lower parts of column three screws its easy. Tilt it down to make top part easyer to get top part off.unscrew tilt lever.when u get them off look on top of column you will see plug push together see if turn signals work. If not push each wire in to make sure contact is made.i had same problem with my truck.RCOBB 2

According to the 2007 Mercury Mountaineer owners manual : ( the switch to turn on the rear wiper is located on your turn signal lever - it is on the " inner " part towards the steering wheel column cover according to the drawing )

Turn your low beam headlights on and pull the headlight knob out towards you to turn on your fog lights ( push the knob back in away from you to turn the fog lights off )
What I do is put my headlights on ( low beam ) and pull the headlight control towards me to turn on the fog lights ( push the control in to turn off the fog lights )

Well, you don't state the poblem, but if all your turn signals are not working and flashing as they should, replace the Turn Signal Flasher Relay.
