The fuel lift pump is located on the left-rear side of the engine cylinder block above the starter motor
It will have a lift pump (may be on engine or in the tank) and an injection pump.
Both the lift pump and injection pump are on the left side of the engine.
The lift pump must have failed, or the pick up tube in the tank has broken.
