Most likely your servo is broke or your band is badly worn. I drove mine around for 6 mo like that just revving in first until 20+ mph, then manually shifting from first to third. So, unless you're under warranty, or can spend 3X the cost of a new tranny(or can do it yourself), get a new tranny. I kept my old one to build and learn from. It can now handle 500hp easily. I'm just waiting for the stock one to go out again
