Up underneath the glove box in the dashboard on the passenger side.
The 1996 Ford Windstar takes 24" drivers side, 20" passenger side and 16" rear replacement windshield wiper blades.
How much does it cost to replace a passenger side mirror on a 1996 Camary. The whole Mirror broke off. Answer I don't know how to fix one. I wish I did, I think I am going to have to buy one.
remove interior left corner cap--then remove 3 screws and then remove mirror--->reverse procedure to put back new mirror...u r almost a technician
With the petcock on the bottom passenger side of the radiator. Or for a faster but messier way take the lower rad hose off where it joins to the rad.
( 5W-30 ) is the preferred engine oil , according to the 1996 Ford Windstar Owner Guide
You first need to remove the triangle shaped trim piece inside the door opposite the mirror. It just pries out with a screwdriver. Then disconnect the electrical connections if a powered mirror. Undo the 3 bolts holding it and then remove the mirror. -RC-
Go to this website. It will show to take off the door panel and the side mirror. http://www.kwmuth.com/techsupport/pdfs/21000170.pdf
On a 1996 Ford Windstar : Under the dash on the drivers side , not too far from the inside hood release
Remove the inside door panel. There are three bolts with nuts & washers that hold the mirror onto the truck. If your windows are manual, the crank level will need to be removed.
Remove the door panel. Towards the front of the door there are two screws holding the mirror on. Inside the door are two connectors that connect the mirror wires to the door. I have a 98 and if it is the same process that's all you need to do.
look behind the door panel ther should be 3 nuts or more unscrew thoes if its power mirror the harnest is behind the door panel anyways
