What is the difference between array and record?

The main difference b/w array & record is that the array is a collection of similar type like integer ,real ,real etc, which share a common name like 10 elements of type integer.

But a record is a collection of different type of elements like some integer ,some real & some string etc.

For ex-a student record has some int record like roll no,phone, some string like name address
