What should you pack when going to a cold place?

it usually depends if you are male or female. not like, transsexual male-female, but actually male or female.

if you are male:

i would suggest the usual things, like deodarant, underclothes, and shampoo, etc.

for clothes, you should pack a few long-sleeved shirts, two-four sweatshirts/hoodies w/ lining, extra hats,scarves,gloves etc.

if it is just chilly, you probably won't be needing these things.

you should pack about one/two heavy jackets preferably with lining as you will be warmer. also pack long underwear. this goes for the females also.

pack long jeans, maybe a swimsuit for hottubs in hotels (optional) and boots and warm shoes. no open toes. heavy socks.

for females:

the most important is tampons/panty liners/pads. it depends how long your staying, but just to make sure.

clothes: long underwear, Bras with extra lining, hoodies/heavy jackets with lining/ sweatshirts. also pack jeans, hats, scarves, and gloves, etc. also make sure to pack your makeup if you wish.

makeup you should bring:

nothing heavy, just regulars. you also might want to know that eyelash curlers won't be taken away even if they are metal. trust me.

(unless that's some weird law by your specific country.)

if you are doing your makeup on the plane, try to use eyeshadow as eyeliner, not pencils or liquid in case you hit turbulence.

warm t-shirts,heavy shoes (no open toes if its really cold), heavy woolen socks, etc. you may also want to bring a snowsuit if it is likely to snow where you are going.
