Fly or take the train.
You can't take a train directly from the Shetland Islands to London. You can't even fly directly between Shetland and London. You could travel by boat from Shetland to Aberdeen and then take a train or fly from there to London or you could fly from Shetland to Edinburgh and either fly or take a train from Edinburgh to London.
It takes approximately 3 hours which is often quicker than to fly due to the train being in the city rather than having to go to the airport.

You can drive by train at the Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, which is main train station in frankfurt. There are trains driving every hour to Hamburg. Another option is to fly. At the Frankfurter Airport you can take a plain few times a day to Hamburg. If you order a ticket early it's cheaper to fly than driving by train.
