Any public road that is not an Interstate highway or that is not access on federal land.
Fly and land on the road
that depends on do you own the land that this road is on if you do own the land on both sides of this road then yes you can fence it off post legal no tresspassing signs every 50 feet
As long as the public do not have access to that land, you can drive a vehicle that does not conform to current regulations. If the public do have access to the land (i.e. a supermarket car park) your car must be road legal as the area will be treated just like a normal road under the Road Traffic Act.
For a road legal car: SSC Ultimate Aero TT. For Land jet: Still the Thrust SSC
