The project is situated close to Mirdiff along the Emirates Road, a few minutes from Dubai Airport. Adding the word 'City' to the development name is kind of fashion in Dubai. Lots of freezone area's are called xxx City. At the moment (April 2008) International City is still in the outskirts desert area. But if you look at the future developments it will be within Dubai in a few years.
