Well there is this handle that eases the air flow, which releases helium, which when combined with oxygen turns into natural gas and ignites. So you can ease the handle and then no air can get through to the flame which makes the fire go out and helps the landing of the so called ''Hot air balloon''.

A hot air balloon rises when the air inside the balloon is heated, making it less dense than the surrounding air. This difference in density creates lift, causing the balloon to ascend.

Why does a hot air balloon fly?

A hot air balloon flies because hot air inside the balloon is less dense than the cooler air outside. This temperature difference creates lift, allowing the balloon to rise and float in the air. By controlling the temperature of the air inside the balloon, the pilot can control the balloon's ascent and descent.

Why is an hot air balloon called a hot air balloon?

Why was the hot air balloon made?

The hot air balloon was invented as a mode of transportation and for entertainment. It was designed to lift passengers above the ground using heated air to create lift.
