Singapore Airlines used to stop at Honolulu en route to Los Angeles, but stopped likely due to low demand. Someone from Singapore is probably less inclined to go on an expensive, long flight to Honolulu (Oahu), another tropical destination, and vice versa for Hawaiians. One of the cheaper options from Singapore to Honolulu (depending on season) may be flying Scoot to Sydney, and catching a Jetstar flight to Honolulu. Transiting at Tokyo NRT is good too with daily flights, with some other alternatives being Seoul ICN, Shanghai PVG, Taipei, Manila, Melbourne.
